Changing societies of the entire world creates the premises for democratic states to strengthen regulations and other legal instruments both at the international and national level in the field of combating criminality. In the era of globalization, the only one desideratum for the main actors of the global world is to find the appropriate way of balance between the societies and their citizens. In such a nexus, the international community's global architecture has the structured capacity of fighting threats and dangers. Kipping control to the state authorities and other organizations, the judiciary appears as a key-factor of respecting the citizens' desire along side with the entire legal order. In this context, it comes to make efforts in finding legal mechanisms of respecting the fundamental citizens' values of human rights and ensuring human security.
