The main objective of this article is to make acquainted about the disease and its further consequences, since initially it appears to be just a simple general fever but may prove deadly if undiagnosed or misdiagnosed leading to severe heart valve damage and consequent complications. The methods involved in the case include bilateral Femoral Embolectomy (BFE), Fasciotomy and Balloon Mitral Valvotomy (BMV).
