In this study we have performed in vitro cytotoxicity and biocompatibility testing of modified collagen/hyaluronan/beta-glucan scaffold. We used direct contact assay as well as MTT test. Human adipose tissue-derived stem cells were used as biological model. According to obtained results, we can summarize, that modified collagen/hyaluronan/beta-glucan scaffold is non-toxic and biocompatible and after further testing it should be used as carrier of various types of cells.}, journal = {OnLine Journal of Biological Sciences}, publisher = {Science Publications} }
