AB  - In this study, we have presented a method to estimate out of focus blur that works in noisy images precisely. The presented method has been designed based on two rough estimates of blur function parameters and then the real parameter has been calculated using a genetic algorithm. The structure of out of focus function was analyzed in frequency domain to present a robust method. The method was tested on several degraded images and experimental results were great.
