The seas and oceans of the planet cover about three-quarters of the total surface of our planet so that the extraction of the energy of the seas and oceans is really a permanent urge and necessity that we should see it and take it into account. The immense advantage of the energy extracted from the waters of the seas and the oceans is the constant of its production, that is to say, the extraction of a constant amount of energy, a fact that no longer meets with other energy sources, than perhaps with nuclear energy.
