abstract = {This study analyzed the impact of earning gains of the rural migrants settled in urban areas in Iran. Primary data has been collected from 400 migrant households based on multistage cluster random sampling. A OLS regression equation has been estimated to study the factors determining the migrants' earning in the urban areas. The findings reveled that migrants' demographic characteristics, sector of employment and migrants' network had significant impact on the earning of the migrants.},
