abstract = {Education has different meanings according to the structure of the society and it works as to the structure. In one hand, it prepares the members of a society to the world standards changing rapidly and on the other hand, by designating the future form of the societies, increases its significance day by day. As Atatürk indicates education has an important role in the identity change of Turkish Society. Most probably Kemalist Education, as it is today, is going to be informative for Turkish Society in the future. In the research, in the light of these social realities, the social conditions providing the foundation of Republic, the period from those times to present, education that originates from Atatürk's perspective of and evaluating the spreading of the perspective in the centre of education are examined.},
