Approach: By implementing FCECR, we have made changes to reduce the cost and route discovery overhead for the selection of best path from multipath routing from source to destination node. Results: Results are found in NS2 simulator that cost factorinfluence the network traffic and bandwidth consumption. Besides, it exposes effective changes of network topology. Conclusion/Recommendations: It is shown that the proposed method is used to cluster hierarchal structure management to look for selection of effective path.
