More recent models have been developed that follow a 'Define your own' approach with locally tailored factors. The aim of this study is to present a new model to software quality assurance which addresses the problems of theses approaches and includes quality factors that represent a common set of criteria while allowing tailoring to a local environment. In addition the proposed model allows the quality factors to be determined and analysed in an integrated, adaptable fashion.}, journal = {Journal of Computer Science}, publisher = {Science Publications} }
