AB  - Following a twisting strain with immediate pain in the neck of a polymyositis patient we detail the analysis of a specific range of data gathered before and after the event. The results reinforce that in this case that the creatine kinase isoenzyme and cardiac Troponin T cannot be used as an indicator of myocardial disease.
