abstract = {The article analyzes the specific aspects of interaction between government, businesses and higher education in the Russian youth labor market. The carried out analysis of documents regulating the youth employment enabled us to identify the basic aspects of state regulation in this sphere that can facilitate the cooperation between businesses and universities. The authors conducted a survey among the competent representatives of higher education and business to investigate how these parties interact when solving the problems of youth employment. The research identifies the main forms of the interaction between business and universities in Russia. The authors concluded that there is a current trend of strengthening interaction between universities and businesses regarding the employment of university graduates, although the state still plays a significant role in regulating their employment.},
