abstract = {Model of adsorption on graphene is built by two steps: For the beginning density of states for the graphene monolayer on solid substrate is calculated, then adsorbed atom is placed on the such constructed epitaxial graphene. Both metallic and semiconducting substrates are considered. Charge transfer between adatom and epitaxial graphene is estimated. Effects of graphene layer and substrate on the electron state of adatom are analyzed.},
