By tweaking stress causing factors, the positive and negative impact of occupational stress can be proscribed. By default, stressors have a degree of proportion pertaining to the type of organization. Manipulation of the existing proportion results in consideration of tradeoff among stressors. Control on job is considered as a factor of providing job satisfaction. An optimal way of affording task related information can be the availability of tools to access and assess decision information. Providing access to the precise rationale at similar instances may help the employee to get better solution, thus job satisfaction. Information by means of information systems’can be considered as primary level intervention to avoid certain role stressors.
